I had been on the hunt for a salon closer to my home and stumbled upon Strandz through a Google website search. I called yesterday and was able to schedule an appointment this morning with Sarah. The facility was open and inviting. I sat down with Sarah and went over my ideas and concerns. She took her time to address everything before getting started. My hair turned out perfect. Sarah is a rock star. I will definitely be returning again!
BEWARE! Do not go to Melissa! She has no idea what she is doing when coloring hair. I took my daughter in to get highlights and low lights. My daughters hair was blonde to begin with so Melissa said this would be easy.
She MELTED off her hair!!!!! It was like she had no idea what she was doing! Then she proceeds to walk us to the front and still take my money. My husband called after my daughter and I returned home in tears and Melissa had the audacity to tell him it was our fault! She still has never apologized! She did refund our money once it was asked of her.
If you are going to Strandz DO NOT use Melissa! To be honest I would not even recommend going to Strandz at all if these are the kind of uneducated stylists they hire!
My 14yr old daughter's hair dresser just left the business so based on other Yelp reviews we chose this place. Thank you all for the recommendations-she loved it! Bree was her stylist and she loved her cut!
Great prices nice people and they know their stuff!! Been there 2 times now once for a wedding updo and once for highlights and both people were super nice. The receptionist is a gem and makes you feel welcome from the minute you walk in! Highly recommend!!
