Went to Warwick Avenue location yesterday 6/23/18 arrived slightly after 11:30am left at 3:15pm. Here is my story: went in for a color, cut & style with Sabrina I picked out a color (brown) and she started coloring my hair. When she was finished applying color she realized that my hair was turning RED. She told me she had to wash the color out because evidently the box with the correct color contained a tube which was for red hair. After the red color was washed out she had to apply the correct color. I was very disgusted, at that point. Once again I had to wait for this color to process. That being said, when I had to pay I expected some kind of compensation for their error. The manager stated that they were not going to charge me for the incorrect color that was applied. What?? That was their error and I had no intention of paying for it. I stated that they should take something off the cost for the aggravation I had to go through. The stylist should have checked to make sure the correct color tube was in the box. Never received an "I'm sorry and they refused to give me a break on the cost of the service. Please let me know your thoughts about this incident.
