Disappointed in the staff and customer service here and I wasn't even serviced.
I called prior to my arrival asking for information regarding their waxing services and they answered everything and finished with saying that anyone in the shop is available to perform the wax for me. Great. I said I'm otw.
I go inside the shop which had a very weird smell tbh, and I'm initially ignored by all of the staff. I loudly said hello to the one woman doing a clients hair because she was the first that I saw, and then three other staff members. Appear. One sweeping her station, another hiding in the back corner on her phone and a third nears the front desk. The one at the desk I had to initiate our speaking also which is incorrect in the customer service field.... I've been doing this 10 years you don't wait for the guest to speak to you. She should be speaking to every guest as the shop door opens. Anyways.
I told them I wanted a brow wax. This chick she just looked me up and down, looked at the other staff members and was like mmmmm yea it's gonna be a "hard" 30 minutes before anyone's available for you..... I'm confused like Id just spoken on the phone with someone hardly 7 minutes prior and they said they were available. Other guests had come into the shop in that time, so okay fine.
I opted to leave my name and cell number for them to call me in a half hour when they were ready. I left to grab a bite to eat and never received a call from anyone in the staff. It's been a week later and I'm in the parking lot again remembering how poorly they treated me, so I'm leaving my review. The night of when I was waiting for the call, I realized it had been three hours since I was inside the shop and they were probably beginning to close, these broads never called me.
I was only even going to go here for my brow wax because the shop I normally go to, their waxer was unavailable that day so my original shop recommended me to go here to fantastic sams. Nothing was fantastic about any thing ....

I will be actively going out of my way to tell people NOT to go here or to their other location either. Whether their energy was racism based, or out of laziness I don't know and don't care to speculate. It was executed so poorly. Rudely. Inattentively.
Just do not go here. Even if someone recommends them.

This was enough for me to get a very sour taste in my mouth over the company.

Jacqueline has been my hair care professional since I moved to Missouri last year.  I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon this salon.  My hair has never looked so good.  Jacqueline performs "magic" in transforming my hair.  I always feel better and feel more confident after my hair cuts and/or color.  I really enjoy getting my hair cut and colored here.  Its a fun place and I have a good time.  These employees are pleasant and funny.  I have observed all of the beauticians are competent and professional.  And, they all do a good job.

I have gone here for years and I must say I have never had a bad experience. If you need a color I do suggest getting there when they open because they can get busy quickly.
