On 10-20-22 I had my 2nd appointment with Tika, master Stylist. My 1st appointment was around 8 weeks before this one. My 1st haircut with Tika was fantastic! It grew out perfectly. I was very happy with it. I was looking forward to my 2nd haircut with Tika. A few days after the 2nd haircut. I realized one side was longer than the other and my bangs were too long. I called Beauty Brands and explained I needed some tweaks to my hair. My appointment was on 10-28-22. I went in and saw Tika. It seemed she had an attitude about my asking for some touch-ups. It took her 5 minutes to do what I asked for. Twice I had to tell her one piece of my bangs was still long. She gave me some explanation that that's how they needed to be. Last week she was cordial. Today she didn't really talk. I don't know, maybe Master Stylists don't like to receive criticism?? No one is infallible.
If I could give zero stars I would. I took my daughter to get her hair highlighted. She showed the gentleman that did her hair a picture of what she wanted which was blonde highlights, mind you she already has blonde hair and wanted it a shade lighter. No big deal right?! After 3 and a half hours her hair turned out dark with purple and grey streaks. We left and immediately when we got into the car she started to cry so I called beauty brands and they scheduled her a few days later with a so called Master stylist but let me tell you this lady was so unprofessional, refused to fix her hair and then insulted her by saying her hair looked green as if she went swimming after she got her hair done. My daughter had not gone swimming and the only reason her hair looked green was because of them!!! How rude and unprofessional will never go back again and I advise others to be cautious and pick a different location.
