I gave one star because there is no option for 0. This shop is a bunch of wild nasty cats ! It was so difficult for me to schedule with my hairstylist every time I called to the shop. They did everything to sabotage my hairstylist ( who is absolutely wonderful and professional !) They made me feel so uncomfortable when I was inside, with nasty comments towards my hairstylist in front of all customers ! At the end she got fired. Poor management ! Not friendly shop ! They need a lot of improvement, which I doubt they can do .....After such unprofessional response from the owner Stacey, all I want to say is thank you so much for the proving my point of view. I never mention the name of my hairstylist ,,,,,, YOU DID ,,,,,, which is totally unacceptable. If the owner of business calling clients liars it tells me a lot about what kind of people they are ,,, no further comments ,,,, Stacey said it all !

Evie took care of me tonight, she stayed late to get my hair done and made me feel absolutely comfortable the full time! She is such a sweetie! All the ladies there are amazing, they spent the whole time laughing with each other and all their clients! I've been going to this location since the one in Castle Rock closed, and I will say they're alway amazing and sweet! Highly recommend this location, they constantly check in to make sure they're doing what you're wanting!
I have followed Teri for years from1 fantastic Sam's relocation to another. Wonderful attention to detail. A haircut I can count on and a good sense of humor. What more could you ask for.
