I'm Sooo happy I found a great Fantastic Sams. Tina did a fantastic (lol) cut and style on my paper thin hair. She didn't try to upsell me. I hope I don't get her in trouble cause I feel sometimes their supposed to push products. Breath of fresh air here. Lovely people & lovely clean atmosphere. My new go to :). I did make an appointment and was a wee bit late. They were super nice and understood. Thier just nice here.
tina is very unpofessional! and lazy when it comes to hair. paid 500$ to get blonde panels and she didnt even care about giving me what i want. very dissapointed with the way she left my hair
My Mom and I had an appointment for a hair cut at 1:30 pm. We got there at 1:28. Checked in. No one acknowledged us. We patiently waited till 2 pm. At 2 pm I asked if they knew we had an appointment. They said they will be with us shortly, 20 mins later we were still not seen by anyone. Many people arrived after us, but were seen before us even though our appointment was before theirs. So we were about to leave but another hairdresser walked in and finally offered to do our hair cut. It is the last time we went to that salon. I understand that people might run behind, but the fact that no one even acknowledged us was just upsetting. They definitely need to do a better job.
