The first time I went here, I loved the way that stylist did my hair. So I went back and she has since left. Got a different stylist two more times and wasn't thrilled with my haircut or the way I left feeling.

My 16 year old son wanted a haircut but is also insanely picky with his hair. It's long, thick, and partially curly, and he wanted something very specific and we had only a couple of days before a dance to find somebody who had an opening and could meet his picky requirements. I called Delaine's and they booked him with Isabel. They assured me she was great. My son was THRILLED with his cut and said it was the best cut he'd ever received. We've left salons with him in tears before over bad haircuts. Thank you Isabel, you've gained a client for life!

Be careful when you come here because I was overcharged by 35 dollars. Plus I gave the hairdresser a tip. Then I was thinking hmmm why I is it costing me so much for a haircut and a root touch-up.

I wanted to get my hair cut and support a local business through all the craziness. I called and they said they were open for business and had appointments the same week. I made an appointment and they said they would call with a reminder, which they did. I was very excited to finally get a hair cut and try a new stylist. I showed up 10 min early and the doors were locked, lights off, and looked closed. I nocked on the door and then called and left a message. I waited until 10 min past my appointment time and left. No one has retuned my call and I have given it 6 days to respond. So I have to give my review based on poor communication and disappointing customer service for not reaching out and giving an explanation.

I cam here to drop off my sisters for a haircut. The sign on the entrance said the store wasclised but did not propose a re open date...
