I don't get my hair cut very often ,I'm basically a lazy wash and go ,blow dry,flat iron and curl on weekends type of girl! But when I do occasionally cut my hair I love Shay ,I won't see anyone else at this location. They are always pretty busy so glad you can make appointments but they don't have a great seating area for you to sit while you wait though,not enough chairs. Sometimes they seem short staffed but who isn't these days? Easy parking as based in strip mall.
Went in today for a color and cut, and absolutely love it! The salon was clean and staff were all very welcoming. Would highly recommend!
I set a last minute appointment yesterday Morning and Maddie was amazing and had such a chill and fun vibe as she was doing my hair we just talked about random things and she did exactly what I wanted with my hair if not better! Highly Recommend!
I scheduled an appointment last-minute on a Friday for 4:00pm. I was happy I was able to get in on such short notice. I promptly walked in at 3:59pm. I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Kim! She made my experience here awesome! Very friendly and did a great job on my hair. I wanted only about an inch off, and needed it thinned out because it's very curly and thick. She made sure to take her time debulking it from each area, and she went on a little search for a diffuser to dry my hair. I have been to other Fantastic Sams and have not had stellar experience like this location. I also really appreciated that Kim knew how to cut my hair; most stylists don't cut curly hair correctly, so I can be a bit wary about going to see someone new. I will definitely return here to see Kim again!
I went in to just simply have my ends cleaned up. no added layers, nothing extra. Amber chopped long curtain bangs and added very blunt layers?? I was so confused, it was the opposite of what I told her. I went to my normal stylist and she was horrified. I'm still confused as to why she couldn't simply trim my ends.. worst haircut I have ever had by a landslide.
