Before I went I decided to call and figure out the price they had for a full set. I was told 25$ and decided to go.once I walked in the worker greeted me politely and told me to have a seat in the chair. I sat down and he began saying that the price is 25$ but for a coffin shape it's an extra 5$ bring the cost to 30$ which was not mentioned when I first called . After that because I had two nails on left over from my last service at ocean nails and spa.the worker then told me it was gonna be an extra 2$ to remove two nails. So I just removed them myself right on the spot.After he asked us to pay before I even received the service.my friend asked why this was so and he began having an attitude with me and her and told us to leave if we had a problem.because we were already there I paid the price and he began working.later into the service towards the end I asked him to add a top coat of sparkles and he said he'd charge 5$ but it'd be free for me today.so my friend then asked again why is that so.and he began being very disrespectful and childish towards her.the worker made the experience very unpleasant and I will not be coming back here again.my nails turned out okay but the treatment was not.

I have been going to this salon for 17 years. I love Mimi and Holly. The salon is not fancy but I am there to get fingers and toes done. Best place I have ever been.

Horrible customer service. As well had a complete hack job done on a full set. The place is too cluttered and the tools they use do not look sanitary.

I've gotten two pedicures from this place. The first one I received she pulled out that tool that shaves your skin off. I assumed she would ask me first before using it. She did not. so the second time I came which was two weeks later and my feet were completely disgusting due to the tool she'd used, I was ready when she pulled out that tool again and I quickly asked her to not use that. She seemed to get very annoyed and frustrated with me and kind of rolled her eyes and then finished the pedicure very quickly and half assedly. overall I was completely unhappy with the first and the second pedicure I got at this place I will not be returning for a 3rd. My feet have been jacked up since! but meh... the things you do for friends grrrrr. But if anyone can recommend a boarderline magical pedi please be my friend. Pass it along

Got a gel manicure on Saturday Oct 27th then 1 week later 3 nails peeled off (Saturday Nov 3rd). They gave me a slip to come back in within 10 days if there is a chip,etc. I went back on Tuesday, November 6th to have the 3 nails repainted. Already 3 hours later and one nail has started to peel up on the side. Don't think I'll be coming her again if my nails can't even stay on for a week.
