as I was waiting for my eyebrows (3 people ahead of me) I asked if I could use theyre restroom. She said people use to be allowed to use it but that the owner is scared now so I cannot use the bathroom. If just threading was open today I would have taken my business down the road but I guess I will just hope I don't urinate on myself until my eyebrows are done
I really needed my eyebrows done last minute and instructed her not to touch the eyebrows just clean around it and not to make it skinny and she did the complete opposite. I have been growing my eyebrows for the last 2 years because she made the same mistake the first time I went there. I really liked the lady that owned the place not this Pam chick. Can barely follow instructions
Went for a "full set" eyelash extension appointment. When I got there she asked me what kind of lashes I wanted. Confused from the advertising I had seen ( professional , individual lash extensions, selecting natural look , cat eye, etc.) I let her know something more natural looking. She literally grabbed a package of Ardene full lashes and started gluing them on my eyelids. ( they weren't even on my lash line). When I told her that this wasn't what I paid for and they didn't look good , she became irritated and said I would have to wait to remove them since she had another client walking in the door. Mind you she literally took 10 minutes to put them on. Once she removed them she told me she would "discount me" since I didn't have any lashes. Needless to say after going back and forth I had to pay the full price just to get out of there. Do not go here if you are looking for a professional eyelash service.
I had my brows thread and tinted last week. Pammy did a wonderful job. The place was clean and there were a lot of customer waiting for her service. I would recommend this place. The service was wonderful.
Pam did an EXCELLENT job on my full face threading. She was very patient with me, and that is hard to find. I am very picky about who I allow to do my eyebrows so coming here for the first time I was nervous. But they turned out 100% . I know there are not a lot of pictures on Yelp, but trust this review and go!
