Fancy Salon in Dorchester Center, MA

I use to like this saloon a lot but the quality of SERVICE HAS DECLINED 100%. First, I use to pay $60 for a dip and pedicure but after covid the price jumped to $90. Now, not only am I discontented with paying this amount but my nails don't last the amount of time they use too. The nails are popping off or breaking and I can tell that it's deliberate because I'm using the same technician. For years my nails use to last for four months. I decided to continue to go, just to check how his procedure have drastically changed before I wrote this review. Once, I had to return twice within two weeks, and when I tried to explain to the owner she was belligerent and extremely defensive. like I said, i've been going there for years, but I'll find another saloon because service has definitely declined.

I got some french tips on my toes and acrylics. The nails are strong and cute. I love love love shaping because Lisa did a great job because I had a wide finger bed.

Zero stars if I could do that . VAN was the manicurist who did my nails! I got my nails done here for the first time and I DO NOT recommend it. I've seen the nails of the ladies next to me which they looked good so that means I just had a back luck with this one. Regardless, no customer should walk out of a nail salon with their nails looking like this. As you can see, my cuticles look horrible and my set looks like it's already one week old. My pedicure looks like a 3 year old painted them and they hurt while she was cutting the side nails on my toes which I mentioned to her and they all started talking and giggling in their language which I found to be very unprofessional. Also, when I asked her to fix my cuticles she told me she did not see a problem with them and they looked fine. My suggestion to you, is to save yourself the time and money by not coming here. Find yourself another nail salon.

If you need to get your nails done quickly then yes pay them a visit, just understand there is no nail care being done and often when you ask them NOT to do something they either don't understand or are making a conscious decision to do it anyway. This is always my last resort.

My nails was literally done today and they look as though I've have had them on for two weeks. I don't really know why but they have gone downhill. I used to go here every two weeks to get my nails done but every time I get my nails done here they look like a six year old has did my nails, I hate when the men do my nails here ,this isn't worth $50 plus a tip they gotta do better.
