Fancy Nails in Memphis, TN

Every week I have 1-3 nails break. ( I am off work fir 8 weeks so Its not like my work is breaking them was just now scratching my head and it broke) The owner filed my nails down too short after a fill in & decided to fix them by adding acrylic at the end of my nails( the ones that were shorter than the other) to make them appear longer.
So now I have this clear acrylic at the end of a few nails and I can't wear them clear bc it looks tacky.
The husband is very rude he swiped 3 cards before mine and asked me for Id when I was about to swipe mine bc I asked him why was he charging me 3 dollars a nail the first week for broken nails, the next week $4 , then I broke one he charged me $5.

They do not change gloves there I saw them use the same gloves on a couple of pedicures

I went here for the first time almost 2 weeks ago and got a dip powder placed on my fingers and basic polish on my toes. I didn't pay for a pedi.

Overall, I am pleased with my experience. The price was about what I expected to pay, and the quality was good.

At this point, my dip powder hasn't chipped or peeled off. (I'll update my review if it doesn't make it to the 3 week mark.) My toenails were painted well, but I did notice when I got home that there was a small ding in the big toe where the polish wasn't really dry and I must have touched something, despite them saying it was dry before I left. I didn't give them the chance to amend it because I noticed it only after I got home, and it was a small ding, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

The employees were friendly and efficient. I didn't wait too long even though I walked in without an appointment.

The salon itself could use some updating with the decor, as it looked a little old and the atmosphere wasn't as relaxing as other places in town. That being said, I didn't notice any hygiene issues. I felt they were very clean, but the salon could use a face lift to give a better experience overall.

Horrible. They tell you 10 more minutes until it's your turn whether it's going to be 20 or 30 or more minutes every time. Rude and disrespectful of people's time just because they want you to stay so they can make more money. And they keep polish so long that it's a completely different color than the gel that is supposed to match. Won't go back, there are much better options, and the better options happen to be less expensive.

I really like this place. My only disappointment was they did not have paraffin wax for my hooves. Other than that I was greeted with respect and treated with professionalism.

I had an acrylic nail break. I had my nails done out of town & called on a whim to see if I could walk in and have it fixed. Good service, skilled techs, clean, and lots of help trying to find the right color polish to match. Recommend!
