I had to think long and hard about writing
this review because this is overall a good shop. However, they don't believe in life happening. I had an appointment but had a work emergency and forgot all about the appointment. Once I thought about it, the shop was closed. I tried calling the next day to apologize, but the call went straight to voicemail. it took me a few weeks to finally realize I had been blocked. One missed appointment due to no fault of my own, BLOCKED! Once I realized I was blocked I called from another number to make an appointment to return. I made that appointment , but I realized that would be my last time visiting the shop because they don't deserve me as a customer.
Had the best manicure and pedicure of my life with Samantha. She is totally Awesome.
Ladies and Gentlemen listen if you are looking for a nail salon this is your place.
First off you need an appointment but guess who didn't know thatwall right around 4:20pm on a Wednesday. But the universe was on my side and someone canceled so they had an opening and I was in need of a pedicure ASAP. Had an event to attend and my feet was not "meet new people" ready. So I immediately felt a exceptional vibe never felt in a nail spot before. I took my seat in the chair got my glass of lovely sangria and relaxed. I cannot remember the lady name I think Amy maybe she had an amazing vibe. She enjoys and takes pride in her profession. She did an amazing job on my feet! I will be making an appointment for two weeks! Y'all goooooooo see this place it seem like everyone in there is lit! I'm pretty shy so posting a pic I have to think about it I might return with onetrust me I'm picky soooooo...
I absolutely love splendid nails. I have been a client here for over 10 years. Since Covid, their prices have gone up quite dramatically so I began visiting other places. As you can see, I ended up coming right back!
Emily, Michael, Tina, Andy, and Danny are amazing. They are really good at what they do and make an effort to talk to you and joke with you the whole time. It's a very pleasant salon.
Make sure to call at least a day ahead to schedule your appointment as it is by appt only now
they are the worst I went to get a refill the next day nails started falling off I use them in the past for years but they have gotten sloppy I guess they rush for there
