Fancy Nails in Kenner, LA

Once you get over the fact that "fancy nails" is indeed not that fancy, you can get to enjoying the best mani pedi of your life. For $80, I got an acrylic fill with gel polish on my hands, and gel pedi on my toes. And I got a LEGIT leg and foot massage included in that pedi. Michelle did an amazing mani as well and was beyond nice. She's got herself a new regular.

My nail tech was rude did a quick sloppy job and I did not get what I asked for I was going to get a pedicure depending on how my nails turned out since this was my first visit but after I saw the treatment I got I refused to give them any more of my money if I could have walked out without paying I would have I still have to spend more money to go to my regular nail salon to correct the sloppy job that she did.

I received a gift card for my birthday which led me there.
Let's just say Dip is not their specialty.
The tech didn't know how to take my old dip off.
Someone else came to do my nails so I proceeded with it and it took forever, he had to keep going back over the nails, he put a whole in one and had to fix it ‍
My nails are trash!
I paid, tipped anyway and left.
As I'm driving home one of them bubbled up
So now I'm headed to my usual spot to get them re-done and let them see what these people did to me!
I could've gotten gel if they had simply said they weren't that good at dip ‍

Ewww very rude personnel and awful job on my nails. I come into the office before New Years and there are two ladies Michelle and Mary I will call one the skinnier as I don't know which one is which. As I walked in I noticed that the 'skinnier' woman was not very happy mood but still I politely come and I show her picture of very simple design. She says she can do it. I should turn back seeing her attitude. While doing it she was rushing so much, piled a lot of nail polish to have it done asap, and i pointed our couple errors and she just waved her hand and kept saying she doesnt see anything wrong then she pushed the light away with very angry manner. There were obvious wrinkles that formed on top but she kept drying it, and I couldn't just believe my eyes that she wouod not correct it. Then the polish was running on side of nail, still with all that she put my nails to dry! When I came I originally asked her for that simple design (gradually faded glitter on one nail) she said she could do it, then when it came to it she just made a quick line with the glitter polish accross my nail having the glitter spread very patchy and uneven! I could not believe this I asked her to correct it she said she will not do it.
Then it came time for my toes, the man was watching game half time all distracted didn't put clear coat on some nails. I asked for the same color glitter on my toes as I had on my hands, then they put different shade. My manicure had silver glitter and on toes they put colored glitter, not same silver shade as my manicure. Then she dare to argue with me that those are the same colors but then she kept saying with annoyance, that she doesn't have the same color. After some talking she went and found the same color and fixed the job but was very angry about it and looked at me like an angry bull!! She was very rushed and did awful job and on top so rude. Never in my entire life I experience something like that. On top they were very expensive.

She acted like she is doing me a favor but I pay for service this was not free being mad and rude throughout the whole time.

The other more heavy set lady was just walking there very slow gasping and showing all signs that she is soooo tired and doesn't want to be there.  Besides it's not very clean place.

If you don't want worse experience ever don't go there and giving your money to someone who does awful job?!!! Never again!  I was upset that I spent over 75$ for this bad service! Can find much nicer, cleaner salon with loving atmosphere and better price that do much better mani/pedi. I would never let them touch my eyebrows, as I wouldn't be surprised if I came out with pink color eyebrows lol

I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. Now that the business is under new management, the business sucks. I usually only go to get my eyebrows done because their other services aren't great, but today I decided to get my nails done, too. They sat me to begin soaking off my dip and after a while one of the owners told me I could start removing the dip on my own. I asked him was I paying for a take off and he said yes. So I inquired if I'm paying for it, why would I do it myself. He didn't like that and caught an attitude. He then made me wait over an hour taking other customers ahead of me. So I decided to leave, the customer service there is awful and my money spends everywhere! It just solidifies why I don't get other services there. I'll continue to patronize FleurDeNails on Jefferson where it's clean, peaceful and great customer service and they value loyalty. I'll never step foot in Fancy Nails again, not even for Mary who does the best eyebrows!
