Even when we asked her to fix it. No pride in work. Just lazy. There has to be better places to go. Avoid this place unless your bald.

What an awful experience. Rude, no sense of customer service, just a catty group of unprofessional "girls" talking about customers after they leave.
At 2:55 I walked in for my 3 o'clock appointment only to be met by a rude receptionist who dispensed with "hello, may I help you" to just demand "do you have an appointment?" I affirmed that I did indeed have an appointment with Caitlynn at 3. Standing there with my back to an empty waiting area I was told that I would have to "wait outside". When I reminded the airhead behind the counter my appointment was for 3, she skipped over the "sorry for the wait" or the "it will be ___minutes" to announce "Caitlynn's running late she'll call you when she's ready". Underwhelmed by the prospect of waiting for who knows how long outside in the heat, I left and drove home. Whoever is managing this place not only doesn't know how to run a business, but needs to look up the meaning of the word "appointment". If you like your haircut with rudeness and attitude this is the place for you, but if you're like me and prefer to patronize a place that will appreciate your business and treats customers well, you would do better going elsewhere.
