Be careful & pay close attention. The nail tech ANN was cutting my toe nails down and cut a big chunk out of the side of my toe. She didn't even let me know, instead she was trying to still cover it with polish as if she did nothing. I felt my toe started to burn, I look down it bleeding & I had to ask for a band aid because she was acting nervous trying to hide ehat she did.Call the next day to let the manager know my toe was still extra sore from what she did. I wouldn't refer this place to a pet for service.
My nails looked like I needed a fill in before I got up from the chair, which I showed her & she made an excuse. TRUST ME, find another nail shop besides this one, if everyone packed just be patient, wait & still not go here Unless you're desperate & don't care how your servive will look after. I should of known because I didn't even get a good vibe there just a creepy one!
My experience here was absolutely awful! I went in for a set of acrylics and the guys didn't ask how I wanted them shaped and when I told him how I liked them he said "no this way looks better" and did them his own way. (I don't think he was the one paying for them). He spent barely any time on my nails at all and cut me multiple times. When it came time to paint them he half assed it and they are uneven and awful. He refused to fix them. He spent a total of 20 mins doing the acrylics and the polish and they look horrendous. I will absolutely never go back here again!
Just something not right about it. An older guy did mani pedi and he was sort of rough. My cuticles really hurt and I get a pedi every two weeks. To get my attention he would pay my feet. He sloppily put on the base coat. Really? This is not free but OK then. The only convo I heard was in Vietnamese BUT it was mostly quiet.
