Absolutely horrible experience they made my niece bleed and didn't finish my pedicure before I was done they put someone else in my chair. Never going back
First time, and it was a horrible experience and I will NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN I asked for a basic French tip. I want it to look natural. The nail tech place me at a DIRTIEST station. Then proceeded to do the wrong nail placement on my hands. When I asked him what was he doing he told me that he was doing a natural look, when I ask what happened with us doing the French tip. He completely caught an attitude and started to talk about me to his colleagues. When I ask nicely, can you please don't talk about me ( cause little did he know I understood their native tongue) he continued to complain. I was so appalled by the experience I just went ahead and stop the whole process and asked him to take my nails off. After completely embarrassing me in-front of the entire staff and customers present. I never received an apology or left there with my nails undone! PLEASE DONT GO THERE! It will be a complete waste time
