Fancy Nails & Spa in Benton, AR

Worst pedicure ever. Asked to have toenails short, but she cut them so short, the skin underneath bled!! Also dug cuticle on big toe that its painful. Nail lacquer has already fell totally off one toenail, 24 hours after pedicure. Never again will I visit that salon.

This was absolutely the worst job someone has EVER done on my nails. Not only did she absolutely tear my fingers up, down to the point of bleeding on almost every finger. She then told me "it's because you have too much cuticle, if you didn't this wouldn't have been an issue". So because of her poor job it's my fault? Then proceeded to tell me my nails were dry and asked everyone else around me to tell me they were dry, WHEN THEY WERENT and are messed up from her touching them. Also not the mention that the color and nails are STUCK to my fingers and not cleaned up at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. i am sad that i wasted $55 on this. then was questioned about not leaving a tip, so unprofessional. Could not get out of there fast enough. this is the worst place ever, DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

I am 18, and do not go to an appointment by myself very often, but this day I was really wanting to get my nails done before I had to go to work, just so i could feel a little more put together. I get very anxious doing things like this on my own, and I think that was very visible to the employees there, leading to them taking advantage of me and charging me 20 extra dollars than I was originally told the pay was. I did not receive a receipt, and was not asked if I wanted one. All transactions were done on an ipad that I could not see the screen of the time I had paid.

I've been to this salon a couple of times & never had a problem until now. The elder lady that did my pedicure was rude & did a terrible job on my pedicure. I will not return. As I walked in she asked me do I want to use gel polish because it last longer & I said no thank you. Then when the terrible pedicure was over in 20 minutes, she laid my credit card down in front of me & started to work on another client. I did say something to the guy running the place but didn't care.

Service was good. My nails were supposed to be pink clear and there is absolutely no pink. So I basically paid $40 for clear nail polish. I'm not very happy.
