I have been going here since 2006. The staff are so sweet and do a great job. I love their manicures, pedicures, gel nails and acrylics. They have a separate room for their pedicures which is a nice touch, as some people don't like the smell of acrylics when they get their toes done. Everyone takes their time and doesn't rush. I appreciate that they also have a separate waiting room where they provide coffee and water. Michelle is always on time so thankfully I never have to wait. There is parking out front on Monroe, by the door and also behind the building. The photo I posted was taken 2 weeks after I had my nails done.
I should've left as soon as I entered. The floor was filthy the tech was late. They only had maybe 25 options in colors. My nails aren't even the tips are translucent(not enough polish). I had to ask her to trim down my cuticles. Which was not done like any other place I've been. After top coat finish I noticed a few nails missing polish on the side. She threw the color over with no top coat. So they look unevenly polished like crazy! 35$ for this
