FAMILY NAILS AND SPA in Ball, LA

I've been going to this location for a little over a year.  Up until a few months ago I raved about how good they were.  The last 3 to 4 times that I've gone have been terrible.  I always get a pedicure and my nails done and occasionally my eyebrows waxed as well.  My recent visits have left me with nail polish coming off as soon as the next day (gel) or chipping within a few days.  They look like it's been 3 weeks since I last got my nails done after only a week of getting them done.  Several times kids were running around the salon like it was a playground.  Unfortunately I will have to stop going to this location as I can't afford to spend that amount of money for it to look horrible within 2 to 4 days!!!!  I don't know what happened with everyone and the customer care over there but I sure hope they get it back.

I previously left an amazing review, but over the last few months I can't stand by that review anymore.  I'm so sorry for this because I really liked this place, but I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

I went in today for honestly relaxation and the massage chair..so naturally I selected a pedicure and went ahead and thought I'd get my cuticles cleaned up and a nice polish as well. Entering it wasn't too busy (maybe because of the rain and weather) and I thought I'd be in and out in no time. I went ahead and sat down realizing I wasn't greeted at the door. I patiently waited to be asked my requests for services. After not being asked what service I'd be receiving nor an actual greeting upon entering, I took it upon myself to walk toward the male tech sitting closest to the door to ask was there availability or was it appointment only, & also informed him that I very much wanted a pedicure and manicure. He informed me that I'd be seated in just a 'few minutes'. I told him ok, no problem and seated myself on the front benches. A few very short minutes after I was seated a Caucasian family of 3 walked in, I WATCHED the slender older looking female tech STOP the pedicure and client she was working on to not only greet and ask them what services they'd be receiving, but begin SEATING all three clients who walked in AFTER me. The same female tech asked if they wanted a beverage and bought them apple slices. I left & decided to definitely go somewhere else, I was very much wanting to confront the tech and ask why did not one, but three people who were walk-ins just like ME, immediately receive service when I was never even offered the color chart, but I felt expressing the bias & obvious ignorance that people of color deserve the same EQUAL service, time & quality at this shop was likely the better choice.

Love this place. The guy with the tattoos did a fantastic job. Probably the best pedicure I've ever had.

Put white tips on yesterday I got ready to leave it turned yellow
The guy had to call someone to let me tell them what I wanted he didn't know what I was saying
Took off the messed up job put me to wait in 3 more customers to finish
Went back later just got them to put on a solid color because I had already paid for the 1st time
Today it's already coming off
