when here on a Thursday had a pedicure manicure gel put on my nails and paraffin wax done on my hands the service was great. However, my manicure did not last by Saturday. Everything was chipping. I was out of town on it at an event got back on Monday evening went first thing on Tuesday, I was told that gel does not last that I needed dip. So I opted to have my nails redone with dip I was charged for this service. It should've been discounted or free. This is poor customer service and taking advantage of customer there a product is bad, that's why their gel doesn't last. they never apologize for the the inconvenience, nor did they tell me before they started the redo with dip that I was going to be charged.
The atmosphere was amazing, and we were able to be quickly seated for pedicures and manicures. Their staff is also delightful and attentive. I've officially located My favorite nail shop... ever!
This place was great.. Unfortunately i was only in town for a wk or this would be my to go place.. lady's were very professional and did an outstanding job on my pedicure and full set.. I attached the business card to the picture because it's not called luxurious nails as it says on the maps
i love love love this place! everyone is very nice and it does not take forever to get your nails done!! went in yesterday to get my nails done before i had to be at work. i came in at 4:10 and let them know i had work at 5 and asked if they could take my powder off and put gel on in time for me to make it to work and they said they would get it done... and they did!! they look great even pressed for time! i'm so happy with this place!! go!! they shape amazing they aren't outrageously priced and they are very friendly!
