Always extremely sweet to my family and I whenever we get our haircuts from them. They will always have a smile on their face with great customer service and listens to what you want for a haircut. My husband is very particular about his fade and the hair cut people never disappoints. This is a mom\pop shop so we tip generously after a great haircut! Usually haircuts elsewhere are super expensive nowadays but over here at family hair salon is VERY affordable and extremely reasonable. Plus this salon is right next to our home. I do recommend everybody to come here and try them out! They also do great massages.

Once again I must post my feeling about using John & Zhan as my beauty services place. I can't say enough about these amazing people. Their kindness shines through their professionalism. The shampoo, with a vigorous scalp massage, the friendly, upbeat vibe, GREAT music and quick service... I am so blessed to call them "my team". I have been a customer for almost 9 years and I'm looking forward to many more great appointments with this remarkable couple. Check them out!

Needed a same day appointment for a massage and Family Salon did not disappoint! Helped relieve my tension headache and get on with my day. Affordable and comfortable, not a fancy place but solid deep tissue massage at a great price. I'll definitely be back!

In addition to providing excellent, affordable service the owners of this salon made me feel at home. I randomly chose this place based on what was open and affordable when I wanted a haircut. I was blown away by the quality of the haircut and service! This placed is owned by an older Vietnamese couple who made me feel like family while I got my haircut. Zhen, who I believe does haircuts and massages, immediately assessed what kind of haircut my curly & fine hair needed and did a wonderful job. Because their prices are low (female haircut was $22) I encourage people who can to leave big tips!

Zhan is incredible and meticulous with the way she cuts and treats hair. I decided to get a hair cut before my birthday to treat myself after being indoors 24/7 and decided to give Family Hair Salon a try since it was one of the few salons that had recently reopened, was in a reasonable price range, and was very easy to schedule an appointment with. For a woman's shampoo, blow dry, haircut, and straightening style it cost me $30 plus tip. Zhan gave me one of the best head massages during my shampooing session that I practically fell asleep and had to be awoken as she prompted me to move to the blow drying session. I can see why this salon also specializes in massage, as with just a simple scalp massage I felt incredibly relaxed. For the haircut Zhan was incredibly meticulous about measuring all of my hair and making sure to cut it evenly, even showing me multiple times with a hand held mirror how the back of my hair looks and asking my feedback on whether I like it or would like to change anything. Never once was my hair pulled, yanked at or mishandled. Zhan treated my hair with the utmost care and did a fantastic job of straightening my frizzy waves and taming the frizz using hair oils and serums. I left with my hair being the perfect length, frizz free, bouncy, voluminous and shiny - not to mention how much more relaxed I was after that incredible shampooing scalp massage.
