from start to finish. the stylist was so rude, did less than the bare min, (and I have easy hair), and charged extra for long hair, which is absolutely ridiculous in my case.
I feel like she needs to retire (Nancy I think is her name) because I feel so sorry for her, how miserable she seems about absolutely everything.
I wish i could give a 0 star review. The lady who was cutting my hair made me brush out my own hair after barely trying. I have difficult hair and she kept lathering products on. the whole time she huffed and puffed. Were you trying to blow the three little pigs house down? Then she told me "To save my time next time you really need to have your hair brushed out because i am too busy to deal with this". it is literally you're job to do my hair. The whole thing took under 10 minutes and there was one other person waiting to get cut. I couldn't leave a tip. I have never had such a bad experience getting my hair trimmed.
