I went in for a simple side trim. I said no lines at the edge just a light trim. Reeking like cigarette smoke, she cut a half circle into the hairline in the back of my head, then proceeded to cut the top even though I specifically said not to. My wife says my haircut is a disaster in the back and I agree with her. The place looks old and worn. How does this place stay in business? An absolutely thoroughly awful experience that I will never repeat. I give this location 6 months before it closes. They were pleasant, and I still left a tip. I felt bad for how awful the whole situation is at this place. Do not save time or money by compromising and choosing this place. You will regret that decision.
Went in for a haircut. Asked what I wanted. Told them to take off an inch and a half, as my hair was really long. After the cut, they asked me how I liked it. Told them, it was still really long and that I'd like it shorter. They said, "That'll be another haircut then." Never in my life has that happened! Why even bother asking me then? I told them not to bother. Paid them and didn't tip. I'll never be back.
I wish I had thought to check this before I went :( First of the lady cutting my hair smelt like smoke. And then she chopped off way more hair than I had said and totally ambushed my bangs. wtf.
This is the dirtiest salon I have ever been in. Brought my daughter in because we were waiting for glasses next door. If we didn't need to find something to do for the next 45 minutes I would have walked right out. It looks like it hasn't been swept once today and smells like a chain smoking old cat lady's home. Waiting to see how my daughter's haircut turns out... Turned out pretty choppy and uneven for just a trim. Aaand so rude! The "stylist" didn't say one word to me when I went to pay. Not hello. Not your total is....Nothing! Took my card, swiped it, and handed me my receipt. Not a have a good day or a come back to see us...nothing. Will definitely not be back or recommending to anyone! I wouldn't bring my dog here to be shaved!
