I can hear on because I wanted some cute nail art and I found them in Instagram! I was a little confused about how to book given I wanted a shellac manicure so I gave them a call and they were very helpful. When I arrived, the salon was clean and was a nice calming environment. My nail technician was friendly and was very efficient (painting my nails and buffing only took less than an hour.) They do charge a credit card fee and generally prefer cash. Overall would come again!
I've been going here on and off for a few years. Sometimes the employees aren't friend but they've been on a great streak. Yenny & Lyly are the best. Both are great at nail art and friendly. I'm doing Gex X and it's super affordable. You dm them your nail art in advance of your appointment too. I'd suggest calling and making your appointment than online. If they need you to come in later because the previous appointment runs long they always call. Sometimes there's a language barrier but there's always someone to translate.
I was called up quickly upon entering even though there were a lot of customers- there was a large staff to accommodate them. Sundays are open until 6pm which is nice of them to offer. Plenty of technicians available for walk ins. Thank you to Chris who did a nice, thorough job on my purple nails! Yenny is also an amazing technician who is super sweet and extremely talented. She did my nails and nail art for Christmas and I LOVE it
I've been shopping around for a new nail place because my go to just switched ownership and my nail tech left. Went here due to the positive reviews but was definitely disappointed. They did my nails first when I had a mani/pedi booked which just didn't make a lot of sense to me. My skin had gel on them, one of my nails wasn't entirely polished, and one had several bumps- I ended up asking the person cashing me out to fix it. I was told to use another nail tech next time but shouldn't all your employees be capable of doing a good job? I didn't have anything wild done, just a single color with shellac.
Not the best job I've had. Didn't paint my nails entirely and no foot massage. Not bad if you need something urgent but there are better salons
