Definitely the type of experience that i didn't expect.
After seeing the videos of it he zen massage on instagram i was interested in trying something like this. I had an incredible time with the Zen package, including a deep hair wash and scalp treatment. The staff was gentle, relaxing, and made my birthday visit extra special after a long night. They were exceptionally nice, kind, and courteous. After an hour, I felt so comfortable that I was ready to drift off to sleep. A perfect way to pamper yourself and unwind!

Every time I go in, they are always friendly, accommodating and consistently good! I normally just get pedicures and the paint last forever. The massages are always relaxing and they are honest about their prices.

This review is for my Fairy Deluxe Bliss Package (100 mins) done with Christina. Omg how do you say feeling pampered to the fullest!! I had only seen maybe few IG post and read some reviews here on Yelp but I was blown away by this package!!

If you need some good R&R and a total package experience this is it!! I have had lots of different services all over but I can't say enough this one covered it all. You get a full body massage, foot soak, massage shampoo services for your head, facial, head/neck/face massage and I had so many different things happening I was like there's no way it's only $150 lol!! Christina is the absolute sweetest and she makes you feel super comfortable, she knows the importance of "touch" and how people come here to feel pampered. Highly recommend!! I'll be going back again and for sure recommending this place.

I only came for this service but they seem to do everything here so I need to try their other services too!! Even though it's so far from where I live, totally worth coming across town for!! Love you Christina you're the best, thank you for this great mom pampering I highly needed!

What a fantastic first time experience. My sister and I received the enriching self care package! My tech as Christina and my sisters tech was Megan; both fantastic, friendly, experienced, and professional. I'd love to recommend this service to everyone!

I will start off by saying that I previously had a good experience at this shop. I had an appointment scheduled for a fill and pedicure the week before my wedding. I get a call from the receptionist stating that the nail tech by the name of Victoria (whom I had requested) stated that "I was never satisfied with my nails and that I needed to find someone else to do them". I asked her to come to the phone so that we could discuss like adults and she refused. This occurred completely out of the blue might I add. Just two weeks prior she was friendly and had met my mom and my fiancée. Mind you, I've never complained about my nails. She was supposed to do my pedicure and refused to service me. I had another tech do my pedicure. When I spoke to the owner off to the side, I was very cordial and did not yell and he was very apologetic and explained to me (the real reason)that "Victoria doesn't like working on another nail tech's clients so she doesn't want to work with you anymore". Victoria actually has done this before because she told me about it months prior but she used the same not satisfied line. I was truly shocked as I've been nothing but kind to her. I politely let the owner know that I no longer felt welcome in his shop and I may not be back. BUYER BEWARE! Please go to this shop at your own risk. I don't do drama and this was the most unprofessional experience that I've ever dealt with and I don't like liars and being lied to or on.
