Asked for a removal at Marissa's nails next to house of bread and Marissa, the owner, said I should've gone somewhere else and refused to let my nails soak because she was in a hurry to get to other customers. I let her know I was pregnant and my nails were thin but she continued to PEEL and DRILL the nails off. She also said I had to pay after I let her know to stop the service because I started BLEEDING.
the girl that was doing my nails kept going on her phone, and talking to her friend. Ny nails are all uneven, and she kept kicking my skin. and the girl switched out with someone bc of her lunch break.
I spent a total of 3 hours getting my nails done when in the past I was in and out in an hour. The girl that did my nails was constantly filing my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding. May I add that almost all my nails were bleeding by the end. Along with the bleeding, later that day my nails became very sore so I ended up cutting the tips off and noticed that the acrylic was so unevenly laid onto my nail. the two other times I've went there, I had the male tech and he was amazing but this experience made it so I will not return. Its sad because I really did like their work the other times.
OMG this place is filthy. I didn't even want to sit in their chairs. The Mexican women were speaking Spanish ( I speak fluent Spanish) and they were saying racist things about a pretty white lady that was having her nails done
As soon as I got there the front desk woman was very rude when I asked if I could get a pedicure, then the tech doing my nails talked and played on her phone the entire time. She was also extremely aggressive and made every single one of my toes bleed. She used her ACTUAL finger nail to clean under my toe nails. The only time she spoke to me was when she asked what color I wanted. I told her a deep/dark pink color. My toes look like there isn't even any polish on it. It is definitely not a deep pink. Then when she was done with my toes she didn't say anything, just immediately got up and walked up to another nail tech and asked her to do her nails. It's been two days since the "pedicure" and my toes are still super sore and the nails themselves are super sore.
