My wife and stepdaughter were in dire need of some girl time and a Mani and a Pedi. Being a VERY well trained husband, I promptly went searching for a day spa for my ladies. I asked and within just a few minutes, I was inundated with comments on FB that if I didn't get my women to Faccia Bella, I was making a mistake. So, I called and went in and got a gift certificate for them. They went and had a phenomenal time with each other. This was kind of a "lasty hurrah" for my wife and stepdaughter before the SD moved out to San Diego. When they came home, they both had such big smiles, beautiful hands, and beautiful toes. Good lawd, I've NEVER been a foot man. Like EWWW don't touch me with those things anywhere I'm such an anti foot guy. Well... I never imagined myself telling my wife "Dayum honey, your feet are SEXY!" Yeah, still feels wierd saying it. However, Stephanie did a phenomenal job.. Such a good job in fact... My wife has convinced me to go and get my back waxed. I'll just say that if I'm alive after I get that done, I'll update this again LOL. If I don't update it, it's because I yelled out "KELLY CLARKSON" too loud, popped a blood vessel, and died. In all seriousness tho, I wouldn't trust my precious back hair to just anyone. If my wife is going to get a brazilian done there, then it's safe to get my back done :)

I have been coming to see Stephanie for aprx 4+ years. She is amazing. I've had the pleasure of having many of her services. She is so professional and full of wonderful advise and suggestions on how to improve my skin. Every time I leave her beauty room I feel more beautiful then I did when I walked in. She is very flexible with her scheduling, I've often called her in the morning and have been able to be seen that same afternoon. I recommend all my friends and family to go see her, she is just so wonderful.

My service, time and facial was superb! Not only was the experience personalized, and I felt like a princess, but when I went to check out Stephanie unexpectantly gave me an additional discount without my coupon! If you're searching the market for a luxurious place to relax, rejuvinate and be spoiled - you must try this company :0).

I wanted to like this place. I needed a wax while visiingt my mom in redding and I saw the reviews so I chose this place. Granted, I never usually review a place if I haven't been at least three times, but I will make this an exception because I will not be returning. I called ahead of time to ask if she used the hard wax that you roll off. I have had Brazilians before in the city so I know that wax was less painful and it is suppose to only stick to hair follicles and not the skin. She told me she used different types of wax, including that one so I went ahead and made the appointment. Then I get there and the owner and I chat for a good 15 minutes. She's a likable person, she seemed professional, she was funny, I loved her. Throughout the time I was on her table, she made comments informing me about my skin, saying I have moisturized skin and it seemed to go pretty easy. Which I appreciated. She didn't end up using the hard wax, as I had requested but I figured she knew best so I cringed and sucked it up, and went along. After she was done she told me she didn't bring her credit card machine so I had to drive out of my way to go and get cash, then when I came back, she didn't have change for me. We ended well though and I thought I would be pleased...then I go home. Once I left I started to feel burning, I thought maybe it was because I hadn't had a wax in so long, but my skin had never been that sensitive after a wax before. When I could peak a little more thoroughly I noticed she missed a lot on one side, the side she had previously told me "oh, you dont have a lot of hair on this side"... I was sensitive and tender for 2 days after. I have never encountered this problem before. Also, I was a little upset seeing as I had called ahead of time with my request for the use of a certain type of wax and she didn't even mention it once I got there. All in all, I will not be returning and next time I'm around, I rather wait till I'm in SF again. Stephanie seemed like she knew what she was doing, she was a super sweet lady, but I cannot review based on sweetness. Performance was miserable. No thanks.

Stephanie is super nice and a pleasure to be around! I got my first brazilian today and she did an amazing job! Also, her peels are wonderful... let her work her magic on your skin! You won't be disapointed!
