Fabulous Nails in Wixom, MI

One of the many times I've gone! I have been coming to this place for over six years now. It took me some time to get acclimated and find the right person that I liked but once I did, I'm stuck with that person and made sure my nails were done correctly every single time. The key is to make sure you check your nails and service received before you leave. If there's something about your nails that you don't speak up and let them know so that they can correct it for you. I think a lot of people on here do reviews about things that they don't like but they don't speak up about it when they are theirs so that the person has a chance to actually correct their mistakes. I have the same person do my nails, my pedicure and my eyebrows every time I go so that I can ensure that I get the quality that I am looking for every single time.

I loveee this place everyone there is so kind and i have only been two times but they did i great jobs and they have beautiful colors to pick and are good at nail art, there price is good for what u get i love them

I had a 2:15 appointment. At 2:50 I left because I was still waiting for service. I did not have time to waste, with an event that evening.

i went here with some friends of mine to get prom nails done. we were walking ab an hour and a half before their closing time. the welcomed us in saying that they could still take all four of us. it took about 45 minutes a person (idk if that's normal or not). the lady doing mine was so sweet and so talented; unfortunately i didn't catch her name. she followed my picture so well. four stars bc it was kinda expensive- but it was still worth it

They did not give me even close to what I asked for. A picture was shown of what I wanted, the nail tech some guy, decided he wanted to do something else and added a boat load of acrylic to most of my nails especially the middle one that he completely broke off. Keep in mind, I went in for a fill in and cut down. They asked questions on the phone about what I wanted and I was specific, they gave me a price of $60, $25 for toes and $35 for gel nail fill- in. They never cut my nails down AT ALL. They charged me $98 total even after the first tech broke what was already there. Let's not forget they switched techs to another guy, in the middle of it all bc the tech didn't like me telling him he wasn't giving me what I asked for. The second pic is what I received, the first one is what I showed them I wanted. Their idea of a resolution was to fix it. If you couldn't get it right originally , why would I come back so you can "fix it"? Zoom in and look at the difference in acrylic and how bulky it is on certain fingers. They were going to charge me $30 for two nails to have rhinestones on top of the botched job and broken nail. I low and high key believe he broke my nail just to charge me extra because what I wanted was only $60. My pedi was the only thing he did right but now I have to dispute again and send my profs which I have. Never again. If the nail shop gets on here and lie, I won't bother reading it. Dispute is what I know.
