This worst the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever had in my life and had nerve to charge me 75$. Didn't even get polish on my nails. Never again!!

I used to come here every couple of weeks for a fill in and I ended up learning all the drama to the salon. The owner takes money from the other women's tips, even when she doesn't touch your nails, you get seated right away, and it's a high stress environment. When I go to a salon I'm expecting a relaxing time not a soap opera. They all talk dirty about each other. They also don't clean tools between uses & don't even bother having the guy do your nails, he's so rough with them. They use good products, but rush. And I've had a couple times my nails bled because they are just too rough. I don't remember the name of the young lady who used to do my fill ins but she was the only one who took her time & made my nails look very pretty. Don't waste your time here.

There's so many problems with this place!!! I gave it two chances! They're not professional! 1) if you're a 'walk in' and they already have someone, It will take you 3 + hours to get your nails done. Who has 3 hours to waste??? Just tell me you don't have time, instead of wasting my time 2) the owner: I think she's the owner, short light haired older lady, seems very distracted and not honest!!! She pulled out her phone and started texting then FaceTiming her son during my manicure! (I don't even make this sh*t up!) and she went on YouTube to play Asian songs, just so she can blast them in the salon. Why are you blasting 'Asian songs' when your clientele are mostly white folks? You're not caring at all for client's comfort at all. Why don't you play some soothing spa music? 3) the owner lady ripped me off!! How much are acrylics? I literally asked for nude acrylic gel laid on top of my natural nail, and I have very short nails (no French mani, no designs, no gluing tips), and she charged me $50. Seems way too expensive considering it was such a basic request, and definitely didn't take as long as a full set of acrylics. 4) The last time when I got dip powder gel, she used an old top coat that was thick and bubbly, and ruined my dip manicure. I came back the next day and had her redo the top coat. Why would you use an old top coat bottle when it's bubbling and goopy, ruining the whole aesthetic. 5) they never measure and make sure your nails are all the same length. Your fingers won't be the same length, and they don't care to check. 6) they will remove your gel and shellac the improper way! You are supposed to soak cotton balls and wrap the nails in tin foil--this is the safest way to get the gel off your nails with minimal damage. But they get the gel off by drilling it off, or soaking your nails in acetone without filing off the shiny top coat off (which you are supposed to do). Even if you ask them to take the gel off without damage, they won't listen. It's just so bad! I just won't be coming back.

I came in while waiting for a script to be filled at the pharmacy in the same plaza Then I read the reviews and was concerned However I can say the reviews were wrong I was seated right away and the staff was great While getting my Pedi they offered me a bottle of water They had a full list of services offered so I could pick what was right for me My feet are very sensitive and they were gentle while doing my heels I will definitely be back!!
