I purchased a gift certificate for a mani/ped $130! for my daughter (via one of her girlfriends) because I live in PDX. Was so happy to have this picked up and delivered at a gathering of her friends on her bday---July 7tb.
Brook was only in town for 2more weeks after her bday because shes moving to WA for graduate School and ended leaving Missoula on the 29th. Couldn't get an appt for the mani/Pedi before she left. No refund even though they couldn't get her in before she moved. Said we could of course give the certificate to someone else to use---but that's not really the point. It was $130 and all her friend's there can't afford that. So apparently we are just out the money. Even though NO service was rendered. Seems very unprofessional and a bit unethical!
I made a last-minute appointment with Brooke and she was AWESOME. I said go crazy, I don't want any straight lines in my hair, please layer the heck out of it, and though she was hesitant at first, she came around. The cut I came in with cost me $200, and this one (WAY CHEAPER) was ten times as good.
I am 50 years old and just had the best haircut of my life at Fabrik Salon! My stylist Jasmine South created the most striking and precise ALine cut I've ever had. Thank you Jasmine!
