Fabiola's Le Salon in Oceanside, CA

It was my first time looking at this salon and I know it says to book online, so I went ahead and booked an appointment but they cancelled my appointment, so I called and a lady on the phone was being so rude telling me they canceled it because they didn't have time for me and refused to book me for another day, horrible service. Must not care for new clients!

Have been to Fabiola's Le Salon twice and had a great experience both times. I have grey/white/silver hair that is short and fine. I have previously been told it takes a skilled stylist to cut it well. I've had two haircuts now that turned out really nice and will definitely keep going back. Le Salon is centrally located and is clean and cheerful. Fabiola herself has a very positive vibe with a great sense of humor! She also gave me makeup tips and has some beauty and haircare items for sale in the salon, which is convenient. I definitely give Fabiola's Le Salon an A+ and recommend it.

Got what's called a wolf cut which I didn't know lol but she gave me such a good hair cut I love it, she was quick and lovely I wold most definitely recommend her salon!!

Cecy provided patient and expert consultation to understand my lifestyle before adding low-lights and a layered cut--a perfect choice for me! I can't compliment Cecy enough for the much needed hair makeover that is truly magical!

My personal experience was short. I wanted to see if anyone had time to do a bang trim so I popped my head in. It was like I was asking for her first born or something so ok no problem. Note to self "never try that again". I just listened in on a conversation between my best friend and the owner of the shop. My friend spent $300 with this person and ended up with open wounds on her scalp and was in pain. The highlights were adequate sure. Time and work was certainly spent. When my friend returned to the shop to express concern and dissatisfaction of the injury along with alot of breakage to her hair, she was met with such hostility and refusal to make anything right. My friend was completely polite and reasonable and willing to meet half way for a resolution. I know that I am appalled by the way she was treated and will never go there and I hope any future customers won't have the same experience. She was absolutely horrible to deal with.
