Absolutely love Kim and her work. I have been going to Kim for a year since I moved to the area and couldn't be happier!

Horrible!! Kim absolutely butchered my hair. Complete hack job. I told her I was growing my hair out and showed her a photo of myself a few years back that I had for hair goals. Long hair with a healthy blonde balayage. My hair hadn't been processed in 9 months, it was healthy. I stressed that I did not want to over process my hair in one sitting and was willing to get to my goal in multiple sittings. She took an inch off my hair then asked if I've ever had it texturized. I have in the past and never had a problem with it so I told her yes. She left the salon while I was processing while she got lunch and ate, even though my appointment started at 1pm. After she washed my hair and sat me up, the front piece was so blonde I thought it was silver. I looked like Cruella Devil. I made a comment about it and she said to give it a week or so to get used to it and if I wanted she could get me back in to put color into it. She curled my hair, and I left. The following day, I straightened my hair and she texturized it so much that the bulk of my hair is now to my chin while the rest falls past my shoulders. It looks horrendous and to top it off my hair is completely fried. It feels like cotton and has a gummy texture on the ends and front. I messaged her the day after my appointment, sent her pictures and respectfully told her I was unhappy. She didn't answer me the following work day, not a simple reply, nothing. Sent her another message two days after not hearing from her asking that she evaluate my hair and come up with a solution. She showed zero empathy and only referred to her hours of operation and to get back to her the following day after 10am. Okay, I get it.. We all have lives but could she have handled it differently, absolutely! Then she sent me a text the next morning and said she was off the next two days and would address any further concerns with me then. She said she normally offers a complimentary fix but didn't know how to without cutting most of my hair off. Then turns it around on me saying that's why she asked me if I've ever had texturizing before because since she "only took a small amount off the length, texturizing will make already thin ends look less full". She's the professional.. If she knew that then why would she have texturized in the first place!! She said my hair will grow out and recommended I get regular trims, and that she would "absolutely suggest to not have your hair texturized in the future". She did not offer a solution, an apology, or address my other concern about my hair being fried. At that point I was upset so I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. After all, I paid $345 for the visit.. I would have been happy with a partial refund to cover the cost of product but she said she doesn't offer refunds. Then she said we aren't a good fit and blocked my number! I was not disrespectful, all I did was state facts. This was the most horrible experience I have EVER had in my life. She is very unprofessional. Save your hair, do not book with her!

I've been going to see Kim for about a year now since moving back to CA and I'm so in love with my hair every time I leave her studio. She does exactly what I ask for... long icy/ash toned beautiful blonde hair! I always get so many compliments everywhere I go. I also love how scheduling is all done on an app and so easy. Highly recommend!

If i could leave 100 stars i would !! Kim takes my ideas and brings them to life. she knows exactly what i want and is able to brighten my hair and mood every time. her talent is unbelievable, and i admire how she's always taking steps to further her knowledge. i've never had my hair this healthy especially when coloring it. the atmosphere of this salon is incredible and so welcoming. it's so relaxing and calming to have an amazing stylist i can trust wholeheartedly, and it's always a fun time hands down the BEST, i wouldn't trust anyone else to make me BLONDE

I am so grateful I found Kim! We crossed path by chance and I started to stalk her Instagram page. I couldn't take it any longer and I booked. Best decision ever!! I was a terrible client and didn't come in with any pictures to reference. Kim nailed it. She did such a kickass job when I went to work the next day even the men noticed!!
