Had superb massage with Shannon while vacationing in Whitefish . Highly recommend as she is very knowledgeable
I went to May twice for a pedicure because I heard she was good. She was running 25 minutes behind schedule but gave a decent pedicure. The second time she ran 20 minutes late & one of the stylists lied and said "she's just finishing up". I did get a second pedicure from her nor will I ever go back. How hard is it to let a client know you are running late? Maybe a 5 second text? Simply stated - unprofessional. If I treated patients the way she treats clients, people would die. Just wanted to warn anyone who is considering her. Don't have anything planned afterward & be prepared to wait.
My sister and I enjoyed the FAB pedicures, very relaxing. The only thing that could have been better was a nice mimosa while we soaked!
Great service, EASY to book online. Mae gave me a fantastic mani/pedi and let me relax completely. Much welcomed after months of not being able to have this at home. Enjoyed so much that I made an appointment the next day for a hair cut. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Whitefish.
Five stars because Mae gave me a fantastic pedicure. Other than a sweet greeting, she let me relax, enjoy the excellent background music and quality massage chair. Highly recommend. One caveat which you can avoid if you speak up--another manicurist was non-stop loud yacking about everything from her kid's soccer cancelled, her thoughts on Covid, her life's history. Her poor client didn't say a word, hoping if she didn't respond the manicurist would stop. But she didn't. So high praise for Mae and I am returning. Next time I'll ask for quiet, which is what I should get for a $50 pedicure.
