Ugh I really should've looked at the reviews prior to visiting again. I would've avoided coming on the weekend to avoid the new person working there. The lady totally butchered the middle part of my eyebrow and when I mentioned that she took a huge chunk on one side she said that 'you had no hair there so I didn't touch it' which I know my natural brows and I very much do (did) have hair there. Another thing - she had a runny nose and had to take a minute to blow her nose.. came back without washing her hands. Really regret continuing with the service.
The new lady mistakenly took off the top part of my brow. I have a furrowed-look due to her lack of skills. I pray that this does not happen to you, and I suggest that you request the more experienced lady to protect yourself. Good luck.
This place used to have people who are good at eyebrows. I think this new person they hired (not sure if she's been here before) on the weekends is not really good at doing eyebrows. Tried to give her a second chance just to have my eyebrows come out messed up and uneven again
This place was a bit hard to find but once I did I loved the work! My brows look slamming and I bought a package. Went with my niece and hers look amazing too!
e-Brow Lounge was in a different location the first time I visited, inside Sola Salon. For my second visit they had moved to 910 Lenora, but in my opinion this is a superior location because there is convenient free retail parking. Some spots are 30 min only, but this won't matter if you're here for an eyebrow threading because walk-ins take 10 minutes tops. This morning I swung by for a quick brow clean-up and was blown away at the efficiency of the lady there. Even though there was a client ahead of me, they had requested a waxing which took additional time to heat up. During the downtime she was able to service me which included threading, trimming, a quick spray of rosewater, a quick swipe of aloe vera, and a small temple massage. It was impressive how she handled me. I know that my brows will take awhile before they need threading again, but I already can't wait to be back!
