Worst experience I've ever had in salon! Christina did my hair. I will NEVER under any conditions go back to her! 300.00 later to be completely DEVASTATED!!! Good thing she used semi permanent hair dye, so it will wash out. That also was upsetting. Who goes to get their hair done and wants it to wash right out? But under these circumstances, I'm glad for that.
needed a last minute trim/shape and they took me right in. i have think, curly and medium length hair and was wanting to go a little shorter with a choppy bob. Christina was awesome! She took the picture i brought her and made it fit me and my face shape, She even took the time to show me how to style it. i'm going back!
Anne was the most unprofessional stylist I have encountered. When expressing my disappointment with my haircut, instead of working together to fix my concerns she did not say much, yet she was sure to ask for payment. I called back later to re express my unhappiness and she refused to refund my card and said 'come in some other time' for reimbursement. Not ok, not professional, rude, and a definite Ora of laziness to her.
I have a short cut and fine hair that has to be razor cut and Christina did a wonderful job. Bring in some pictures as examples and give her some creative freedom and trust her judgement...after all she is the professional. She will tell you if your hair is right for the cut and suggest other styles or slight modifications for it to work with your hair type. I unfortunately was only able to get my hair done by Christina a handful of times before I moved out of state but I was always extremely satisfied with the results! You can't beat the prices here...even for a cut AND color.
