The lady that did my nails made every one of my fingers bleed. I asked her how long she had been doing nail and all I got in return was long time. And the only other things said was she wanted to know where my daughter went. Not friendly at all she acted like I was an inconvenience. I'll never go there again.
I desperately needed a pink/white fill. I'm from out of state and a family member recommended Lady Q. VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!! * No one greeted my sister and I when we entered. * Young girl on her phon, never looked up. we had to be heard as I'm in a wheelchair and we had difficulties getting in the TWO doors. I finally called out, hello is anyone here. There also was a person in the side room laying down on her phone. Finally, a nice dressed lady came out. I explained I had an 11 o'clock appointment. She pointed to the young girl, still on her phone. The girl never said hi or anything. I was very unhappy the way my nails looked. She then started to walk away when finished. I finally had to ask where I pay and how $. It was $60 for a terrible job

I came to Lady Q over four years ago after finally getting out of a cast post-ankle surgery. It was the complete reward for a guy locked up too long.
It was truly needed four years ago and again now. No post surgery needs, just a reward for hard work around the hacienda.
Mel took on the chore this visit and was clearly up to the task. Gentle, but thorough; good discussion and a comparison of "war wounds" to the ankles, and efficient to get me out in a timely manner.
And this is the consistency that Lady Q practices to ensure quality service to each customer.

I have been getting my nails done here for 5 months now & will continue to be a loyal customer!! There always so nice & helpful! It's always clean, just wonderful to step in & they are ready for your needs and services for a good price! You pay for what you get ladies!! I love love love being & going here! I could not say anymore then to give them a try! I've had my last set on for a month! And they didn't just fall off! There acrylic nails they're hard as a rock! They use gel a certain type of gel to help you walk out where you're not ruining your nails wet! It's amazing!

WORST NAIL SALON EVER. do not come here. i asked for a simple ombré set. while applying the acrylic she made it soggy and dripping off my nails. worst quality act i've ever seen in my life. it was so wet it was getting stuck in the drill. then the ombré ombré is so simple idk how you can screw it up. she made the colors mixed all over. there was chunks missing of the acrylic. the whole top of the nails was legit only the fake tip as she didn't even apply barely any acrylic at all. pretty much just on the base and a VERY tiny terrible layer at that. continued to not even drill or file the nail at the bottom which caused immediate lifting. nail fell off after ONE day. paid $100. absolutely ridiculous . this place is a JOKE of a nail salon. DONT RECOMMEND unless you want to waste money and have to redo them one day after.
