They charge black people more for nail services. Attitude and condescending owners. They thought I was a new client recently. I advised oh what they charged me just 4 weeks prior for my fill in. My hair was different and I wore my mask as usual. A $20 dollar upcharge for same fill in. Hell no,not again.. Ridiculous. Yall can fall for those bogus reviews they posted on Google.

I had been nervous about going to this nail salon because of a previous experience with my boyfriend mother. The first red flag was a woman had said, during a previous visit that my hands looked disgusting. went into Exquisite nails with a picture of what I wanted. Everything went fine until the lady started working on my nails... she started filing my nails before she ever asked what shape I wanted(red flag #2). I asked for square with edges rounded. She filed some of my nails fine except my thumb and both of my middle fingers. The middle finger looked like a really short coffin and my thumb was filed to far in on one side and the top is angled, not straight. I proceeded to tell her that my thumb was not right and filed in too much then showed her where it was not what I had asked for. To fix it she proceeded to file the side in even more. Every time she would file those fingers on the side it hurt to the touch. My nails hurt the rest of the day. This experience makes me want to go elsewhere for my money.
