If you want speed, this is your place; otherwise, just ok. This is the first place I've been where they don't cap the nail tips and then they filed after painting. Also, she had to remove gel polish from my fingers with the cuticle nipper. The price was definitely not in line with the quality put out.
They did an okay job. I love the shape and length of my nails but the paint just was horrible. I had to repaint them myself. Also, a few of my nails weren't even in length but it wasn't too bad.
I love this place. I just moved here a couple months ago and they do an amazing job. Great prices. I am always pleased with my nails every time I walk out. Even the other day I got the acrylic glitter with the dip powered confused, I'm new to the dipping thing, and they didn't hesitate to change them to what I really wanted.
Absolutely the worst full set I ever got. Not only where some of then crooked she messed up the acrylic on one of my nails and didn't fix it just hoping I wouldn't see. And she ended up drilling on my skin causing me to bleed. At that point I was done and wanted to leave. She tried to change me $23 she said it was supose to be $25 but she's giving me $2 off. Which was a lie a full set should only be $23 according to their price list. So you messed up my nails (which I now have to take my time and remove, you cut me (and just said accidents happen), and still want me to pay full price..... I almost walked out. But I believe in karma so I told her all I have is $10 and I left. After telling her I only have $10 she decided to make a scene. I'm a person who gets my nails done every two weeks I have money to pay also, but I REFUSE to give up my hard earned money on a service that was not performed or handled with any professionalism. I will never be returning and I will advise my family, Friends, coworkers, and anyone else I met to never go there.
I have been going here for years. They are just up the street from my home. I keep saying I'll give them another chance. No more. Wow. I waited 25 minutes for a Pedi that was fine. I wasn't in a hurry. Then in the middle of my pedicure someone else walks in, they seat her next to me then after 5 minutes they are asking me if it's OK to do the person's pedicure next to me. Huh, so what am I supposed to say. So she starts her pedicure. I waited for 15 minutes like a fool and somebody else finishes my pedicure. I went somewhere else and had them redo the polish, it was so bad. You are better off getting your nails done at Walmart. Never ever again.
