Euphoria Nails and Spa in Maryville, MO

I was VERY disappointed in my last visit to Euphoria. I had my nails cut very short after asking them to trim them. My toe nails were bleeding after I left because they dug so far into my nails. My toe nails don't even exist and they look like little box nubs because they did such a horrible job. I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Then the lady rolled her eyes and hugged and puffed at me when she took the wrong color off the shelf. She rushed me into picking a color. Then was rude to me the rest of my appointment. I will never be coming back, horrible customer service. T&S is 20 times better. Hated how I was treated here, along with my best friend. We will take our business to St Joe from now on. DONT GO HERE!

They say they take walk ins but on a Wednesday morning no available appointments for the next two days.

Kinda disappointed with euphoria today. I made an appointment too get my nails done with May and she did a great job then  had to wait 20 minutes even though I called ahead and I got pedicure done with a different lady in there and she did alright on the paint but once she was done with that she tried putting my flip flops on and wasn't going to rub lotion on my feet or put a hot towel over my feet like they normally do and the only reason I bothered getting a pedicure was because I wanted a foot rub. Called her out on the lotion and she seemed very irritated. She was also working on another clients pedicure before she got to me and didn't wash her hands before she started with my pedicure I'm not much of a germaphobe but I'm pretty sure that's how infections happen. Used to really like this nail salon but now I hardly ever go because I leave there in a bad mood.

I have been very pleased the past several times I've been to Euphoria. Whenever I show up without making an appointment, they always get to me in a timely manner. When it comes to my nails, I'm very picky and my nail tech always listens to, and executes what I want. They also stay up to date on new trends and techniques. On top of all that, their prices are great. This is where I will continue to get my nails done in Maryville!

I've been to Euphoria two other times before today and I've had "alright" service. But today took the cake, my friend had set up appointments for full sets for each of us this afternoon. We arrived on time and were put with two nail technicians that I've seen there both times I've been at the salon. My tech seemed to be nice at first, but after very little conversation began to come off as degrading. I was told that I have "lots of acne". I did come to the salon without make up on, but why is it okay for someone to point out a flaw in another that is completely irrelevant to the service being performed? I decided to let bygones be bygones and I still tipped her $5, which for a $28 service I think that's pretty nice (also being a college kid). After I gave her the receipt that had my tip printed on it, she points to my tip and say "good job!" as if I didn't understand how to tip. I was planning on just letting this whole thing go, but it really bothered me that someone took time out of their day to try and make me feel bad about myself. I spoke to the manager who gave me a $5 credit off of my next visit and what appeared to be a stern conversation with the tech, but I'm still pretty disappointed. The nails look alright but after such bad service I really wish they would have just refunded the money. Can't win them all I suppose!
