So I'm new to the area needed a trim asap. Marie was able to get me in. I explained that I wanted a. shoulder length Bob with light layers. I emphasized Longer in the front, as most Bobs are. When she started cutting I knew I was in trouble and that my husband was going to hate it.. But it was too late. What I ended up getting was a chin length short layer that I have absolutely no idea what to do with. I've never had short hair and I am SO disappointed. God I can only pray it grows fast and that she LISTENS to her next custome. Pretty sure I won't be seeing her again

Came to get my haircut very short but my hairstylist had beautiful long straight hair ...let that be your guide . if your hairstylist won't cut her own hair she's probably not gonna cut yours. Went 2 times just to give her a chance to fix it and cut it some more but alas it was still too long so I ended up paying over $100 and then going to Walmart for a haircut.
