10/20-CK Nails, 1st and Last time ever!  Horrible experience!  Went by word of mouth, sorry I ever went there and wasted my money and time.   Tomorrow will make 1 wk.  I guess the man was the owner and he seem nice at 1st til another man came and sat down beside him talking in his language.  At 1st I didn't think anything of it but as he continued on taking the gel polish off I was asking questions about pricing, polishes, etc because they all charge their price for each thing.  He seemed to started getting irritated with me.  He cut my cuticle on my right finger with the roller when he was taking the gel off and then he act like he was getting more irritated as the guy was talking to him and I could tell it was about me because the other guy told me "You know You can do your own nails".  I thought that was rather odd to tell a customer.  Isn't that why he's in business?  Ok wasn't nasty, rude or said anything out the way to him.  I didn't even know his name but this other guy was fanning the fuel and flames about what I don't know and he never said.  I should have stopped him and left then but I wanted my nails finished.  As I continue to ask any questions I noticed he started shaking his leg really fast like I was getting on his nerves and I asked him if there was a problem.  He never answered and then took that nail sand thing after he polished My nails and took some the sides of my polish off.  I was too pissed off by now.  My nails look terrible for not to even be a wk old.  People can't believe my nails look like this and not a wk yet.  I pay for what I want and I ask questions so I know their price.  He didn't put my fingers side by side to cut my nails down even like other places, he hit my knuckle with that big hard blush they clean the dust from grinding your nails and didn't seem to care, not even say sorry til I said ouch, he was snatching my hand, he didn't clean the sides of my nails that had polish on it and I asked him if he was going too, he told me just wash your hands and it will come off.   He got Very Nasty!  I really don't even give him a star and I just met a lady yesterday that goes there and says he do her nails all the time, smh.  He didn't do anything for free for me so I didn't understand the attitude.  My money is green too!  I did nothing but asked questions and how he did things pertaining to nails.   40.00 wasted and nasty attitude.  Never again!  Be careful where you get your nails done because he treated me like s$#@ my 1st x there and I don't know why,!

So I'm from this area been there once or twice, good job but not outstanding. Anyway I needed my nails service some kind of bad so I stopped in. Workers were half way pleasant honestly not surprised bc the place mainly service "regulars" I think. But that isn't the reason for the low rating. This IS....they put PARAFFIN WAX on someone hands and then I saw the girl scrap it out of the bag and BACK INTO the wax pot. that just doesn't seem sanitary so unfortunately I won't be coming back
