i went there for the second time and they messed up my nails so much
I came here for the first time with a friend for a mani pedi, and it was a really nice experience. The wait wasn't long at all and the nail technician that took care of me, Wendy, made me feel really pampered. The salon itself was very clean and didn't have that strong acetone smell that nail salons usually have. If you're around the area I definitely recommend coming here (:
The people are nice and did a good job with my nails BUT what I didn't like they didn't clean my eyebrows well enough. Had me pay prior to getting my eyebrows done. And when I was getting my nails done multiple workers kept jumping around with customers including myself. When I went to wash my hands there was someone else on my seat getting attended by another worker. They had me sit somewhere else.
I cannot support this business because the staff leaves their children unattended in (and around) the play area OUTSIDE of the salon. There were at least 5 children left alone for hours running around while their parents (or grandparents?) were working in the salon. This is not safe and I hope nobody snatches one of their children. The staff should find babysitters for their children so they can stay safe.
Tram is the best! She is a true artist and a very nice person! Everyone in the shop is super friendly and the shop is clean.
