ELITE HAIR STUDIO & NAILS in Norwalk, CT

I do NOT recommend this nail salon because the first time I went they were really rude. I ask them a question of how much would it be to get a gel acrylic they were like you doing your nails yes or no because I have customers waiting and when I said yes they were talking their own language and I felt disrespected. while this young lady was doing my nail she saw that the acrylic that she glued to my finger looked cricket but didn't even dare to fix it. when she left to get something from the back I took it off so she can fix it right and then she got mad and took my hand and glue the nail hard to my finger. when it was finish I didn't give her a tip because of how rude she was. The second time I went to their salon was to get my eyebrows done and to see if they can do eyebrows. She send me to the back and I was waiting for about 5 to 10 minutes and I was about to leave and the woman came in the room and started doing my eyebrows. When she was done she just did my eyebrows to shape it and left a lot of hair at the bottom of my eyebrows and I told her can you wax the bottom because I needed it to be clean and she said I will charge you 3 dollars more and I was like fine because I didn't like how my eyebrows were and I NEVER CAME BACK TO THAT NAIL SALON AGAIN.

As my first time going to Lee nails my experience was terrible. As I walked in the front door I was never  acknowledge or greeted, all I received were just stare from them .I stood and waited and then decided to take a seat for a few minutes no one came up to me. About five minutes of me sitting and waiting someone approached me and asked if I had been helped my answer was no she asked what I needed to be done today and I requested a pedicure and a full set of nails. She then said OK went to see how Long it would be and came back and told me it would be a little bit of a wait and they would do my pedicure first. As I sat and waited and waited and no one ever approached me again to fill me in about the time being a longer wait. I waited for about an hour. After waiting for so long and had been treated so rudely I decided to just get up and leave . Some of the workers watch me walk out the door and didn't decide to apologize or asked me the reason why I was leaving. I would not recommend this nail salon the workers are very rude and they do not care about other peoples times.

overpriced for what you get/your experience in general. full set turned out terrible and uneven, some girls were very rude, and i doubt they sanitize the tools they use. accidentally messed up one of my nails and the girl got mad at me and just had an attitude. not going back

This was my first time going to Lee's. I went early in the morning, 9:40am( they opened at 9:30 that morning). They were plesent when I walked in. I was sat down (for a Mani and pedi) and quickly attended. The person whom did my nails did an incredible job and was super nice and attentive to what I wanted. Definitely will be back!

Not sure if the owners changed or where these previous reviews were from but after this incredible visit, I'll definitely be back and bring people as well.

I went to Lee Nails for the first time to get a Gel manicure. Upon my arrival I was told to pick a color and told them that it was my first time there. No one cared. I understand that some places don't expect you to hold a conversation while getting a manicure, especially when I was the only one that didn't speak Spanish. The whole time I let her work on my nails, was in between her checking her phone, and stopping to pay attention to Telenova. Normally I would just "whatever" at this point, but what grossed me out was between filing my nails, she used the same nail file to file hers, then go back to mine. Really? Will NEVER go back here again. Lo Siento.
