Ombre Nail Salon is the best salon I've been to in a long time. The staff is amazing & friendly. You get the service that you expect & actually listen to what you want. Worth what you pay. I highly recommend this salon, you won't be disappointe.
While I was happy with the end result, I don't know that I will rush back here. I initially went for a gel manicure. I had 2 different techs in the process of getting my old gel removed. It seemed as if they were taking on too many customers at once, causing techs to jump around. I ended up going with a dip manicure instead and was transferred to yet another tech. She did a good job and I was happy with the final product. However, I was shocked to find out the $50 dip manicure doesn't include any of the typical services associated with a manicure. It was essentially a polish change.

Finding a nail salon can be challenging, but I was so happy with this spot! My friends and I came for mani-pedi's and loved the experience! The setup is great for groups. They have sectioned off areas so you have some privacy which is just a nice perk. One of my friends comes often and gets very unique designs--always well done. Our manicures were nice as well. I wish we could have sat together for our nails, but I understand the techs have separate stations setup. All-in-all it was a good experience!
My experience was not the same level of service that I have experienced from this location prior to the new ownership. I had to wait much past my appointment time and the tech tried to ask me to wait mid-service so she could start with another appointment. Very disorganized and unprofessional.
