I had a great experience today. I got a bikini and underarm wax. My esthetician , Sarah, was very thorough and also fun to talk to. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the space felt clean and welcoming. I felt well handled and would definitely return to this salon.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I have been going to this salon for years, but recently had a HORRIBLE experience. I asked for a permanent color, silver/gray, and was quoted $200. for the PERMANENT color, and highlights/lowlights (I provided TONS of pics, and even had a consultation first) So, had the process done, but IRIS said she couldn't do the highlights, etc., as my hair may fall out. I would have to come back. I was disappointed, but trusted her as a professional. WELL....PROFESSIONAL she is NOT! My "color" washed out after a little more than TWO weeks?!?Iris then said, when I called, OH that was a rinse. A RINSE of color, for $200.? Her offered "FIX" for my complaints was that I should pay ANOTHER $111. for her to "add color" and for it to "last longer". Buyers beware, this is NOT a professional salon. Iris is the OWNER, and does NOT care about her customers, even long time, year round ones. Additionally, manicures do NOT last, and pedicures are done by sullen, unhappy young women, who complain, and then rush through you, as though YOU are the source of their problems. I have given Iris every opportunity to solve this situation, to no avail. Very sad for her lack of ethics in business, and as a person.

I have never left a review before, but we went to this salon with a bridal party. I ended up getting a French manicure and pedicure. I put my nails under the dryer for a long time, but once i left the salon. My manicure was already failing. It just wouldn't set up. I went back to the store and the woman who worked on my fixed the worst nails. My nails smugged off the next day. My pedicure was find but when you spend $75+ you expect it to last more than 30 min. I was very disappointed.

Girls weekend in SIC. Between the 4 of us we had mani, pedi and a massage. Nails looked great. And lasted forever. Massage was wonderful.

I received a gel manicure and it started chipping off on the 3rd day. I use the same brand all the time and have never had this problem before. It usually lasts at least 2 weeks before chipping.
