Very impressed with this salon! They were very welcoming when I entered and even though they weren't able to service me when I walked in they were about to book me an appointment for less than two hours later. I have stiff hands and I am not always the best to work with because of that but my nail lady never made me feel like I was a problem. I appreciate that greatly. My nails look amazing and I am so happy with the end result. I failed to get the woman's name who worked with me but it seemed like everyone working was nice. I highly recommend!

Good enough for QVC TV!! Sometimes you want to keep a good thing to yourself, but T and his wife Lynn at Queen's Nails are too special for that!! This was my first visit. I received a refill for my Acrylic Nails with Gel polish. I was not clear with what I needed when I booked my appt. but they were able to accommodate me. Very friendly people, both technicians and other guests! No TV running so it was very relaxing. I will definitely go back here for all my nail needs! They also gave me a large hand lotion when I checked out! Whaaaat? How lovely! Great ambiance, great service, great manicure! I will go back for my next pedicure as well. I tried to add the images of my nails as seen on QVC this past Saturday but am not sure it worked. If not, I will find another sight to post the pics! Thank you "T"!!
Such a bad experience here. I went for a Brazilian and a dip powder. I have never spent less than an hour in a nail salon for dip powder in all of my years of getting nails done, and here I was able to get a Brazilian and my nails done in less than an hour. I was charged $55 for my waxing service, even though that definitely wasn't a full Brazilian. I could've done a better job at home myself, there are patches absolutely everywhere. For my nails they weren't even cleaned prior to putting the powder on, cuticles, skin around the nails, you name it nothing was taken care of. My nails were also shaped after the dip powder was on, so the tips/front of my nails have no powder on them now. I have dried powder all around my nails because they weren't cleaned between each coat. Absolutely a waste of $100, and which they try to charge me an additional $5 for the waxing. Absolutely ridiculous I will not be going there again and I will not be referring this place to my friends when they're down.
