Bad service, they are very rude and don't pay attention to what they are doing. The man that was doing my pedi kept on wondering off and kept getting mad and had to redo my nails twice for the bad quality. Also the lady doing my mothers toes was just being very rude to her. Will not be coming back.
Bad customer service. They were so rude and constantly telling me the way I wanted my nails were gunna be ugly so they tried doing it their way I was going to leave when one of the workers started raising his voice saying he doesn't care if I come back or not.
I was in town visiting family and decided to go here. Got a dip polish and the guy who did them assured me he's so good that they wouldn't chip... it's been 6 days and they've chipped twice. I asked for a manicure and he didn't want to do it. I told them that when I called, walked in, and sat down in his chair... kinda disappointed cause I definitely paid $50 for a dip polish (that isn't lasting) and a cuticle cut. He was very sure of himself and told me they wouldn't chip. My pedicure was fine.
Service was fast and it shows...for the price you'd think that they would make sure to polish your nails and not the finger... wasn't in the mood to argue, but I asked for burgundy and got red, after she polished the first one she said it was close to the color I chose... NOT EVEN CLOSE, will NOT RETURN!!!
Back visiting Yuma and thought I'd stop for a gel manicure. I have been here before, but looks like new owners? Needless to say, I wasn't impressed. While the shop looks great, the manicure wasn't. I was rushed through the manicure and it shows. My nail edges are rough and the polish application looks like it was done by a 9 yr old. I waited longer for the manicure than it took to get it done. Not worth $35
