Elegant Nail & Spa in Montgomery, AL

I went last week and the guy cut my fingers and made me bleed! He also scraped every inch of my foot dang near off. He was entirely too rough and in a rush. I was highly disappointed as I've gone to this place for years. He needs to be fired or sat down and taught how to do pedicures and full sets again. He couldn't even finish my service because he was terrible, one of the owners had to take over I'm very disappointed and will not be back!!

Dirty, UV lamps looked unsanitary. Was nervous to place my hand inside. The guy/technician was unable to almond shape my nails. It was just so-so, sorry to say I won't return. Nice people though.

I came back to get my toe nail fixed after one of the men messed it up. While I was talking to him about what to do, Mike yelled at me and said, "Sit down!" I then proceeded to say, "Don't talk to me like that." And he said it again and I once again said, "Don't talk to me like that." Mind you I wasn't talking to Mike in the first place and he butt in. He said that's just his voice, but anyone can see that he talked to me with aggression, which is not okay under any circumstances. He tried to laugh it off but nothing about it was funny. He was a jerk and what'll really be funny is when I tell people to not come here anymore! I have given this business too much of my money for them to ever talk to me with such aggression. Even if it was my first time here - it is absolutely unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars for this experience I would. I texted Renee about my issue and how rude Mike was by saying there were other customers waiting to get their nails done, as if I wouldn't pay!!! Then he was rude about my nail shape which was crooked and I asked him to fix. I came in wanting a gel manicure and changed my mind because of the length of my nails and Mike said it was fine to change my mind. So he did a full set. He didn't tell me he would charge me for the manicure until the very end saying it would be 65 and kept adding on more charges. I couldn't wrap my head around this until I realized that all throughout my service they were talking about me! Saying "manicure" then "full set" and laughing. I truly thought I'd found a good place but the service and staff have become rude.

Great service with no waiting at the time we went.  Easy to get in and out of. Great value for the end results.
