Get somebody else to do it! Went there today after driving in from Birmingham to get a pedi. And gel colors. I had been coming here for a while when I lived close by. Now that I come in from at least 2 hours away the service level is ZERO, subpar and piss poor. While I was following Shaun and I'm sure he's still good. Max, is rude af for no reason. If you're an adult woman that enjoys a 20something Asian doing Black queer cosplay with no sense of professionalism or good gawd damn sense go head. Nails is just like the trap game. Everyone has the same thing at the same quality and price. The service level here today and the past two visits is remarkable enough for me to mention here and everywhere
They are very inconsiderate of your time. They told me to sit in the chair and never even tried to help me. My time is valuable, and I wasted almost an hour waiting to get serviced for nothing! I will not return. They're money hungry and keep you waiting. I walked out!
My nails were not fully dry, they are chipping and they are different lengths. I got short acrylics- just matte black no design and they made the new acrylics really chunky- my nails have bumps. I have to get these

Nail shop supposed to ope at 930am I got here a bit before that!! And is now 942am and they told me to stay outside because they are gonna clean real quick but is Alabama and is getting hot and I don't see them cleaning they are in the back!! I was in the area for the weekend and I heard good things about this salon so I decided to go and get an over lay in my nails. I was outraged by the price $60 for an overlay on my real nails you have gots to be kidding. He said it was normally 65 and he gave me a $5 dollar discount. Honestly no overlay is $60 dollars. If you have to cheat people out their money nothing good will come to you. Picture below shows my nails no extensions $60 dollars. I won't recommend anyone else to go there.
